By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, Metini Marek Stączek may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

SECTION 18 - COMPLAINTS

Complaint Conditions:

The Customer has the right to file complaints regarding products purchased in the store in the event of manufacturing defects, damage during transport, or non-conformity with the order.

Complaints regarding damage should be reported within 7 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.

Complaint Procedure:

The Customer is obliged to send photos or a description of the problem to the e-mail address indicated on the store's website.

The store reserves the right to confirm the complaint notification and to conduct any necessary tests or examinations of the product.

In the case of a justified complaint, the Customer has the right to exchange the product for a new one or to receive a refund of the purchase costs.

Complaint Exclusions:

Complaints will not be considered in the case of damage resulting from improper use, neglect, or force majeure.

Products showing signs of use or not in their original condition are not subject to complaint.

The above provisions regarding complaints also apply to entrepreneurs making purchases for business purposes, provided that the purchase does not have a professional character for the buyer.

SECTION 19 - WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT

Right of Withdrawal:

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without stating a reason within 14 days from the date of product delivery.

Withdrawal from the contract requires submitting a written statement to the e-mail address metinisklep@gmail.com.

Product Return:

The returned product must be undamaged, complete, and in its original packaging.

If the packaging is damaged, the customer will be charged 10 PLN, and this amount will be deducted from the refund amount.

ONLY UNUSED, UNWORN PRODUCTS, WITHOUT THE SMELL OF SWEAT OR PERFUME, CAN BE RETURNED.

The cost of returning the product is borne by the Customer.

The above provisions regarding withdrawal from the contract also apply to entrepreneurs making purchases for purposes related to their business activity, but which do not have a professional character for the buyer.

 

SECTION 20 - DELIVERY METHOD, LEAD TIME

 Delivery Method:

 Products are shipped via Poczta Polska (Polish Post) and InPost.

Delivery costs are included in the shopping cart.

Lead Time:

Order fulfillment time is up to 3 days from the moment the order is placed and paid for. In case of product unavailability or PRE-ORDER, the lead time is specified in the product description.

In case of any delays in order fulfillment, the Customer will be informed via e-mail.

The above provisions are an integral part of the store's terms and conditions and apply to all Customers making purchases. The store reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time, informing Customers about the changes via the website.

SECTION 23 - COOKIES

1. The website uses "cookies".

Store's website. "Cookies" contain information necessary for the proper

device until logging out (leaving the website),

User uses the website, the type of website from which the User was redirected,
