What does the lifetime warranty cover?
- Chain breakage during normal use
- Broken clasp
- Gold plating wearing off (natural wear and tear of the coating)
Warranty conditions
The warranty covers a one-time repair or replacement of the product.
After the first use of the warranty, the product is no longer covered.
If we have the same model in stock, you will receive an identical one. If not, we will offer a replacement.
What is not covered by the warranty?
- Mechanical scratches on the chain and clasp
- Damage resulting from improper use
How to claim warranty?
- Email us: kontakt@metini.pl
- Attach photos and a brief description of the problem
- We will respond within 48 hours and propose a solution
When we ask for the product to be sent back
- Download and print the warranty form.
- Fill out the form and include it in the package along with the product.
- Include the order number and a short note describing the defect (a printout of the email is sufficient).
- Carefully pack the product to prevent further damage during transport.

What's next?
- Upon receipt of the shipment, we will confirm acceptance of the warranty via email.
- We process the case within 5 business days from the delivery of the package (usually sooner).
- After the warranty is approved, we will carry out repair or replacement as agreed.

1. How to file a complaint?

- Attach photos and a brief description of the problem (what happened, when the defect was noticed, order number).
- We will respond within 48 hours with a proposed solution.
2. If the package arrived incorrect or damaged
Contact us if one of the following occurred:
- You received a product inconsistent with your order
- Elements are missing from the package
- The product was damaged in transit
Send photos and your order number – we will resolve the issue without complications.
3. When we ask you to return the product
If we request the return of a product in our email reply (for repair or exchange), please follow these steps:

- Fill out the form and attach it to the shipment along with the product being complained about.
